I am passionate wildlife photographer that occasionally takes some landscapes images as well. My passion started in the underwater world, especially the big ocean predators fascinate me. When I started diving I wanted to share my adventures and encounters with all the beautiful creatures. I started doing mainly video but had an interest for still photography as well. More and more I wanted to capture beauty of wildlife and nature. When I went on my first safari I fell in love with the African bush and started shifting to taking more still images. When I look at my pictures and videos I remember how connected I felt to nature and I want the viewer to feel the same.
I often get asked what gear I use. In general nowadays all major brands offer excellent cameras and lenses. It is a matter of personal preference. Currently my main camera is the Sony A1 and the Sony A7RV is my secondary camera. My preferred lenses are the Sony 400mm f2.8 GM and the Sony 70-200mm f2.8 GMII but I also use the Sony 135mm f1.8 GM and the Sony 200-600mm f5.6-6.3 G. Underwater I use the Sony A1 in combination with the Sony 16-35mm f2.8 GM in a Nauticam housing and two Inon Z330 strobes.
